Tasks: Dependent on the assignment focus the tasks include the following:
- Handling of general inquiries, baggage inquiries, reservation and sales inbound calls

- Provide complete customer service on the phone or via e-mail, letter, fax or chat regarding products and benefits that Lufthansa Group carriers, the Star Alliance and its co-operational partners offer
通过电话、电子邮件或在线服务提供完整的客户沟通,包括汉莎航空集团、星空联盟及其合作伙伴提供的产品
- Travel agency support, online support & frequent flyer program support
代理人,网站支持及常旅客会员业务支持
- Data entry and update in database
数据库中的数据输入和更新
- Any other tasks as required

Profile:
申请要求:
-Good Chinese and English speaking, Cantonese is preferable but not mandatory
-良好的中英文口语,会粤语更佳
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
