销售实习生职位描述:
- To develop free hand business and focus on sales activity. 拓展自揽货业务,专注于销售任务。 - Get & send the potential sales lead. 把握市场行情,定期向公司提供潜在的销售线索。 - Join call with the oversea/GND colleague to investigate the biz. 主动与海外办公室/海外合作代理的同事联系(邮件为主),调查以及掌握海外市场业务。 - To prepare and issue quotations for customers according to sales guidance. 为客户提供报价,包括货运咨询和运输方案等。 - Troubleshooting/solving of service problems for customers, answering customer inquiries. 及时处理客户咨询的问题。 - Providing friendly and professional service to our customers. 与客户保持良好的沟通,实时把握客户需求。为客户提供友好、专业的服务,建立良好的长期合作关系; - To promote company's product to gain more business. 推广公司产品以获得更多业务。 - Submit the weekly report on time. 及时提交公司周报表。 - Provide the reflect the market info to the company. 把握市场行情,定期向公司提供市场信息。 Requirements 岗位要求: 2024 University graduate 2024年应届毕业生 College degree or above, major in logistics or international trading is preferable 大专或以上学历,物流 / 国际贸易 / 商务英语等相关专业 Fluent in spoken and written English. 良好的英语听说读写能力 Work under pressure. 抗压能力强,并能独立完成工作 -

Job Descriptions 工作职责: 1. The daily visit, call reception and transfer 日常访客接待、电话接听及转接 2. Daily maintenance of office environment 日常办公环境维护 3. 海运/空运实习生职位描述:
Job Descriptions 工作职责: -Daily documentation/operation for sea-freight or air-freight shipment. 日常协助处理空运/海运等进出口业务的基本操作,单证操作 -Communication with suppliers, vendors and oversea agent, maintain the smooth relation with customer. 与供应商 / 国外代理 / 国外办公室联络(邮件为主), 维护客户关系 -Receive shipping orders. 接收订单 -Confirm with oversea agent with shipping information. 与国外代理确认订单信息 -Arrange booking with carrier under agent's shipping instruction. 根据国外代理的运输指示安排订单 -Release S/O to supplier and update S/O information in system. 放单并更新系统信息 -Keep agent informed for any changes. 随时更新变动信息至国外代理 -Pick up cargo and arrange customs clearance upon supplier's request. 根据供应商的要求安排提货及清关 -Update related charges in system in time. 及时更新费用至系统 Requirements 岗位要求: 2024 University graduate 2024年应届毕业生 College degree or above, major in logistics or international trading is preferable 大专或以上学历,物流 / 国际贸易 / 商务英语等相关专业 Fluent in spoken and written English. 良好的英语听说读写能力 Work under pressure. 抗压能力强,并能独立完成工作
